Orders are processed quickly and generally cannot be amended once confirmed. If you need urgent assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

You will receive updates via email once your order is processed and dispatched. For urgent enquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number.

How long does delivery take?
Singapore orders:
- Processing: 1 - 3 working days (2 - 5 during peak seasons)
- Delivery: 2 - 4 working days after dispatch
International orders
- Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 working days after dispatch
Timeline may vary during Ramadan, Eid or peak periods.

Do you offer self-collection?
Yes, self-collection is available at our outlets at:
- Arab Street
- Dunlop Street
You will be notified once your ready is ready.

What is your return policy?
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.
Sale items, customised items, Eid collections, shawls and in-store purchases are not eligible for return.

Each product page includes measurements for reference. If you need help selecting the correct size, please contact us via WhatsApp and our team will assist you.

How should I wash my abaya?
To maintain fabric quality and finishing, we recommend:
- Dry clean for best care, especially for embroidered or delicate pieces
- Hand wash using mild detergent if necessary
- Do not machine wash delicate fabrics
- Do not bleach
- Air dry only (avoid tumble drying)
