Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
    • In original condition with all tags attached
    • Free from perfume, stains, or damage

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

  • Customised or altered pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (if applicable)

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via:
  2. Provide your:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Reason for exchange

Once approved:

  • You may visit our store for an exchange, or
  • Arrange for return via courier (shipping fees borne by customer)

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If your preferred item is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value
  • Price differences must be topped up accordingly
  • Sofiya Designs reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day

Local Delivery (Singapore)

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after processing
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped

International Delivery

We offer international shipping via FedEx or any trusted partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination (typically 3–7 working days)
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Sofiya Designs is not responsible for delays due to:
    • Courier issues
    • Customs clearance
    • Incorrect shipping information

In-Store Collection (Optional)

Customers may opt for self-collection at our outlets:

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

  • Lost or stolen parcels
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers
