PAYMENT POLICY

At Sofiya Designs, we offer secure and convenient payment options for all customers.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• Major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)
• Shop Pay
• PayNow (for Singapore customers, where applicable)

All payments must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.


Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully made:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• Orders cannot be amended once confirmed
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability (a full refund will be issued where applicable)


SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

1–3 working days (normal periods)
2–5 working days during peak seasons (including Ramadan & Eid)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Singapore Delivery

We currently ship primarily within Singapore.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Standard Courier: 2–4 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations.


3. In-Store Collection (Recommended Option)

Customers may opt for self-collection at:

📍 Arab Street outlet (Singapore)
📍 Dunlop Street outlet (Singapore)

Customers will be notified once orders are ready for collection.


4. International Shipping (FedEx)

We offer international shipping via FedEx for selected destinations.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

FedEx International: 3–7 working days (depending on destination)

Please note:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier handling
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country


5. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• peak festive seasons (Ramadan/Eid)
• courier disruptions
• customs clearance processes
• international sourcing timelines

Sofiya Designs is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will keep customers informed where necessary.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• incorrect or incomplete address
• recipient unavailability
• refusal to accept delivery

Redelivery or rerouting fees may apply where necessary.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel
• Provide photos/videos for verification

We will review and assist accordingly.
